The Residential College for Women (RCW)
Since 1842, Mary Baldwin College has been educating women.
Helping them discover their dreams. Reminding them of their unlimited
potential. And proving that there is more than one path to success.
As a student in the RCW, you get the value of a personalized and transforming
liberal arts education. With the reminder it’s about being a good
person, not just getting a good job.
You experience a diversity that makes this campus, and this country,
great. And you honor your own heritage and individuality by tailoring
your education to fit your dreams.
And you are given the support and guidance of faculty who take your success
personally, and who expect you to do the same.
Coming to MBC has taught me that life offers so
many different tracks! I have been able to explore those tracks and
truly know what it is that I want to spend the rest of my life doing.
