you are a college graduate and have decided to make a career switch
into teaching.
You will earn a five-year renewable Virginia Collegiate Professional Teaching License through a program that is tailored to your specific goals and background. A Mary Baldwin faculty advisor will be available throughout your time in the program to help you plan your course of study and steer you through the state requirements.
Courses are offered in flexible formats that fit the reality of working adults - independent study, on-line and group tutorials which meet in the evening or weekends.
Endorsements available in: Special Education PK-12, Early Education PK-6, Middle Education 6-8, or Secondary Education 6-12 (art, biology, business, chemistry, English, French, Spanish, math, music, social studies, or theatre arts with college major in endorsement area)

After submission of these materials, you will receive an individualized
print-out of your specific course requirements based on your transcript
evaluation.
Please note: You will also be required to attend an orientation at your MBC regional campus to launch your program.
