How to access a Portable Document File (PDF)
- If you don't already have the free Acrobat Reader installed (most
current systems include this software by default), you can download
and install this free plugin from the Adobe web site. Click the Acrobat
Reader icon below to visit the Adobe web site and download the reader.
This process takes only a couple of minutes.

- Click the link to the PDF file you wish to access. The file will
open the document with the Acrobat Reader in your browser window.
Use the Acrobat Reader toolbar to navigate and/or print the pdf document. Note:
Older versions of the Netscape browser may have difficulties accessing
some PDF documents. In this case we suggest using an updated browser,
such as Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer as your browser. If
you have trouble accessing a pdf document, please make sure you have
installed the newest update to your Adobe Acrobat Reader.
