Adult Degree Program serves adult students from regional centers around Virginia
Post-Baccalaureate Teacher Licensure (PBTL) is a program designed for adult students who already have a bachelor's degree and are seeking teacher licensure. Licensed teachers may enroll in coursework to maintain their licensing requirements.
Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) provides licensure and advanced training for men and women. Teacher Licensure is also available through undergraduate and post-graduate programs
Master of Letters/Master of Fine Arts in Shakespeare and Renaissance Literature in Performance (M.Litt/MFA) offered through partnership with American Shakespeare Center. Combines stagecraft and scholarship with concentrations in acting, directing, and teaching. Employs Blackfriars Playhouse, the only recreation of Shakespeare's indoor theatre.
