Marisol EucedaClass of 2004 Marisol Euceda '04 has found her place. Her Mary Baldwin College education helped her find that place. As an account executive at the award-winning public relations firm Hager Sharp, Inc., in Washington, D.C., Marisol works on public awareness campaigns for health, safety, and education issues. "My classes in communication and anthropology provided me with skills I use every day, such as writing culturally appropriate material to target diverse ethnic groups, and pitching campaigns to different types of media," she says. Marisol enhanced her classroom work with participation in wide-ranging student activities. She worked on the college's orientation staff and the Student Alumnae/i Relations Society for three years, was a senate co-chair in student government, and wrote for the student newspaper, Campus Comments, and the Mary Baldwin College Magazine.
