Commencement will be held on Page Terrace as scheduled this morning at 10 a.m.

In making the decision to hold the ceremony outdoors on campus despite the iffy weather, President Fox kept in mind the strong preference of the Class of 2013.

Family and friends attending today's ceremony should use their best judgment regarding rain gear. Since the grassy hillside could be slippery should it become wet, we encourage guests to wear appropriate footwear and as always exercise appropriate caution.

Congratulations to all those who will receive their degrees today, and deepest thanks to all the family and friends whose support helped them along the way.
Boldly Baldwin word mark

Mary Baldwin College offers a variety of academic resources for our transfer students. They include a comprehensive advising system to ensure on-time graduation.

Students working on class projects and presentations have access to audio visual services and computer labs.

The campus bookstore is located on-site, so students do not have to leave campus to secure books for classes.

Other resources include the Learning Skills Center, the Office of African American and Multicultural Affairs, and the Writing Center.

Our Library has been recently renovated and is completely wireless Internet ready.

One of the best resources available to our students is the Career Center. The Office of Career and Life Planning works with students at any time during their Mary Baldwin tenure to plan for summer jobs, internships, and long-term career goals.
