How Do I Get Started?

1. Contact the regional center nearest you.
2. Arrange to attend an information session and/or meet with an advisor who will answer your questions.
3. Complete an application (Download the ADP application - PDF)
4. Send your application to your regional center along with a check for $35.00 and a one page personal goal statement outlining what your educational goals are and how you think Mary Baldwin can help you attain them.
5. In addition, ask all your previous colleges and universities to send an official transcript directly to your regional center.

Once your application packet is complete, you will be notified. It will then be reviewed by regional faculty and sent to the Dean for Adult and Graduate Studies for a final decision. The review and decision process should take two to four weeks at the most. You will then:

• Attend regional and main-campus orientations.
• Consult with your advisor, register on-line for classes, and you're on your way!
