FALL 2008
- Sept. 1 – 5 Add/Drop period
for Fall ‘08 courses. Students may drop a course and receive
a full refund.
- October 1 Students’ deadline
to drop a Fall ‘08 course and receive a partial
refund.
Students’ deadline to submit Application for Graduation for
January ‘09 graduation! (Degree Plans due 6
months prior to graduation.)

Spring ’09!
- October 10 Instructors’ deadline
to submit Spring ‘09 course information to ADP Central
Office.
- October 28 Students’ deadline
to withdraw from all coursework for the Fall ’08
semester. Pro rata refund policy applies.
- October 29 Students’ deadline
to change grading option for Fall ‘08 courses.
Students’ deadline to withdraw from a Fall ‘08
course. Students will not receive a refund.
- Nov. 10 Instructors’ deadline
to submit Spring ’09 course syllabi to ADP Central
Office.
- Nov. 30 Application
deadline for ADP and PBTL Spring ‘09 applicants.
- Dec. 12 Students’ deadline
to send ET forms to advisors! ETs will extend Fall work
to May 19.
Students’ deadline
to send remaining Fall work to instructors.
- Dec.
19 Instructors’ deadline to
turn in Fall ’08 grades to ADP Central Office.
SPRING 2009
- Jan. 12 – 16 Add/Drop period for Spring ‘09
courses. Students may drop a course and receive a full refund.

Loyalty Fund Scholarship to advisor.
(Scholarship Committee selects the recipients by March 1.)
