Alumnae/i AssociationThe Office of Alumnae/i and Parent Relations, located in Alumnae House on the corner of Kable and North Coalter streets, serves as a liaison between the college and its alumnae/i. All former students of Mary Baldwin are members of the Alumnae/i Association.
The Office of Alumnae/i and Parent Relations is dedicated to serving alumnae/i, and serving the college through its alumnae/i. Alumnae/i serve the college through leadership, student recruitment, class reunion events planning and reunion giving, and in many other ways.
Your Alumnae/i office plans many events throughout the year, including on-campus, Reunion, Commencement, Family Weekend, and Founders Day, along with social events in different cities. This year we begin the inaugural kick-off of The Schools of Excellence beginning in Atlanta, Staunton, Roanoke, Newport News, and Columbia. There will be more Schools of Excellence events throughout 2011. We also encourage you to host events in your areas by getting together with alums for social gatherings such as "Lunch Bunches." This is an alumna sponsored lunch group (Dutch treat) to get together and socialize, meet new alums and talk about Mary Baldwin College.
