Networking , and Class Leadership . If you need more information about
a particular volunteer position or would like to volunteer, please

who know the College best.
Admissions Volunteers are Alumnae/i; students; parents; members of

Alumnae/i Events
Would you like to sponsor a Mary Baldwin event? Many find the idea
appealing, but are concerned about how much time and energy it will
take. It is not nearly as difficult as you may think - in fact, once
you get your friends together, you are halfway there!
Ask three to five Alumnae/i in your area to brainstorm about an event.
Discuss the type of event, the time, date, cost, and location. Remember,
location can be extremely important to the success of an event! Topics
such as parking, convenience, and safety are all key issues and should
be taken into consideration. You may want to delegate responsibilities
for menu, flowers, invitations, RSVP and phone tree. Contact the Office
of Alumnae/i Activities to share thoughts, obtain assistance, and place
the event on the master calendar.
