Community Dance Events

An historical ball (name TBA) will be held Saturday, March 27 in the PAC Dance Studio. General workshops are TBA.
The community Staunton Contra Dances are held the third Saturday every month (unless otherwise noted). Tickets are $7 person, $4 for young adults (aged 12-18), MBC students with student ID and children are free. The dates are:
- November 21: Gaye Fifer as caller, with music provided by The Elftones
- December 19: Tom Hines as caller, with music provided by Floorplay
- January 16, 2010
- February 20: music provided by the Avant Gardiners
- March 20
- April 17
- May 15
The Performing Dance Group focuses on folk, historical, modern, and ballroom dance styles. They offer performances, special programs and workshops at Mary Baldwin and in the community.
