Insurance Card

Attention:

All Mary Baldwin College student-athletes must have personal health insurance in order to participate in intercollegiate athletics as set forth by the NCAA.

If you do not have health insurance you must purchase some form or health insurance before the beginning of your athletic season and must remain valid through the length of the regular and postseason. 

Mary Baldwin College Athletic Department has secondary insurance that will pay the additional costs of a medical bill that is not covered by the primary health insurance of the student-athlete.

Proof of health insurance must be turned in prior to your athletic season and on file before you start your first practice.

If you health insurance has changed, please turn in a copy of your new health insurance card.
