1/24 Basketball Loses 39-62 vs Methodist

MBC went on the road for another USA South Contest vs the Monarchs of Methodist University.

The Squirrels would have their work cut out for them in the second half of the game, after only being able to shoot 22% from the field, for 16 points, leading to a 16-31 deficit after the first.

MBC would manage to improve their shooting in the second
half, but be unable to overcome the deficit set in the first half,
losing 39-62.

Kara Hawkins grabbed 16 rebounds and added 12 points points
for another Double-Double on the season and lead the way for
the Squirrels on the evening

The Squirrels are on the road vs Greensboro on 1/25 for a 2pm start.
