The Squirrels played USA South Opponent Shenandoah in Winchester, VA.

The Squirrels once again had trouble with strong pitching from their opponent, as Haskins of the Hornets struck out 8 batters and Sabrina Desper got the solo hit of the game in the 0-9 loss of game 1.

Game 2 showed better defense, but the Squirrel bats just wouldn't come alive. The Squirrels battled for the entire game but couldn't overcome the 4 run lead the Hornets built up, losing 0-4. [Box1] [Box2]
