 10/17 Volleyball Travels to Emory and Henry, but Suffer 0-3 Loss

MBC Volleyball traveled to Emory, VA to face the Wasps of Emory and Henry. The Squirrels struggled to get on track and were unable to get a steady offense going. The serving of the Wasps and consistent defense forced the Squirrels to struggle to win rallies. The final scores were 14-25, 12-25, 19-25.

Anna Schureren led the team with 9 kills with 14 digs, Carla Hill had 7 kills with 20 digs, Colena Roberts added 6 kills and Christie Hamilton added 5 kills. Kara Jenkins dug 20 balls while Kim Clum dished 27 assists.

The Squirrels have their final home match vs Shenandoah University on Oct 22nd. Seniors will be honored at the match.
