 11/04 Volleyball Ends Season vs Peace

The Squirrels traveled to Newport News, VA for the first rounds of the USA Conference Tournament.

The Squirrels got off to a slow start in the first set but fought their way back in, pushing Peace to the limit 27-29 but couldn't come away with the set victory. Peace would take the second set, but MBC would pull out a tight third set 25-23 to stay in the match. MBC wouldn't be able to overcome the steady play of Peace losing the final set 18-25

Colena Roberts had 20 kills with 10 digs, Kim Clum dished out 34 assists and led the team with 23 digs, Anna Schueren added 12 kills and 19 digs, while Christie Hamilton added 10 kills for the evening. [Box]
