10/27 Volleyball Drops to Ferrum 1-3

The Squirrels held Dig Pink night vs Ferrum. The teams warmed up in Pink Shirts and honored those that have had breast cancer. The Squirrels held a lead into the 20s in the first set, but the Panthers would claw their way back and take the first set 25-23. MBC would be tied until late in the set, when an ace by Santana Strickler put the Squirrels up for good and would win 25-23 to tie the match. Baldwin would drop behind early in the next two sets but would be unable to close the gaps, dropping 1-3 vs Ferrum.

Anna Schueren led the team with 15 kills, Brittany Kindle hit .300 and earned 11 kills. Kim Clum earned 36 Assists, with Carla Hill on defense for 30 digs.
