What to expect:
At Nestle, we offer a Full-Time Rotational Program in Sales. The Nestle Sales Development Program (NSDP) has created a tailored career track designed to accelerate the development and promotion of highly qualified sales professionals for advancement within Nestle Retail Operations Center (NROC), Nestlé Nutrition, Nestle USA and Nestlé Purina PetCare (NPPC).This highly selective opportunity is the ideal fast track for those with long-term goals of pursuing a sales management career. The 36-48 month accelerated development program provides immersive projects, mentoring and hands-on learning.
As a Retail Sales Representatives, you will immediately take ownership of distinct territories and have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, such as: new item introductions, marketing promotions, merchandising and maintaining existing product lines to independent grocers and Walmart. You will also benefit from a structured development program, including an 8-week training program, which provides both classroom and field instruction. The program provides the individual with the experience and knowledge necessary to help them become a proven business leader.
In addition, we offer the opportunity to develop a comprehensive brand portfolio and key customers, in order to prepare for a future role as a: Business Analyst, Assortment and Planogram Analyst, Customer Development Account Manager, Retail Sales Manager or other developmental position.
Our program is designed to develop the future leaders of Nestlé USA. These highly sought after positions are comprehensive, interactive and strategically integrated into our Sales department. Required Education and Experience:
• A passion for Sales – Preferred majors: Business, Economics and Finance
• Graduation date: Winter 2013 to Summer 2014
• Geographic flexibility and ability to relocate
• Travel required
• Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfactory to the Company
• Sponsorship for work visas are not offered for this position
• Ability to lift and carry 55 pounds
• Relocation required 3-4 times during the first 5 years of the program
