MBC Dining Services reaches unprecedented satisfaction scores among students, faculty and staff. An impressive score of 89% overall satisfaction was achieved in the fall of 2007 with many food, service and aesthetic changes. MBC's dining services team rallied to serve up food that inched the score even higher in the spring of 2008 with a 91%.
The spacious, elegant dining hall, with its tall windows and remarkable views of Staunton and surrounding mountains, offers a wide variety of options, including vegetarian, at each meal. Lunch and dinner include a wide array of salads, homemade soups & desserts, fast food fare, made to order sandwiches, comfort foods, healthful choices at the Balanced Choices station, and a cook 'n go station where students can cook a variety of foods for themselves.

Hunt Dining Hall is the primary dining venue at MBC and is designed as an eat-in venue. When Hunt is closed between meals, students may be served at the Nuthouse (open from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM) or at the Ham & Jam Pub which is open for lunch most days from 11 to 2:00 and dinner from 4 to 7:00 PM. The Nuthouse and the Ham & Jam Pub are designed to accommodate a fast turn around and to-go packaging. But our students and guests are quick to agree, there's only one Hunt with its many options.
