Student Accounts
The primary mission for the Office of Student Accounts is to assure that funds due to Mary Baldwin College are billed, collected, posted, deposited, and reconciled timely and accurately in a manner that is compliant with not only College Policy but also all applicable Federal Regulations. In an effort to preserve the performance of this mission, the Office of Student Accounts is continually re-evaluating resources and technology to insure that we are providing services that are consistent with the needs of our times.
While performing the above mission statement, the Office of Student Accounts is to represent Mary Baldwin College with a professional and courteous demeanor to students, parents, college departments, and external agencies.
