Our client, a small closely held business in the Shenandoah Valley, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to fill a newly created HR Generalist position. The successful candidate will manage all HR functions and work with management to build a strong foundation for future growth. This position is responsible for the oversight of HR policies, procedures, compliance, training, benefits, recruiting, performance management, etc. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in HR disciplines and knowledge of ADP payroll; bachelor’s degree or PHR certification preferred (or eligible for PHR certification).
