Client Services Coordinator
The Staunton Creative Community Fund is seeking a part-time Client Services Coordinator. The position will be for 20 - 25 hours per week with the possibility to grow into a full-time position. The position will be responsible for a variety of administrative and program development tasks including the following:
Work closely and collaboratively with the Executive Director and the Director of Training and Education to ensure the most effective implementation of programs and services.
Perform basic administrative duties including: collecting and maintaining up-to-date client information and client files, maintaining loan database, tracking loan payment information, monthly loan reconciliation reporting, collection and organization of monthly financial information, coordinating with accountant, maintaining Board meeting minutes, and other record-keeping duties.
Generation of grant reports, and tracking of grant deliverables.
Update client profiles for release on website, Facebook, and other creative venues.
Publicize training events, seminars, and outreach activities through the production of creative fliers and brochures, website updates, regular Facebook events/updates, and formal press releases.
Update SCCF's email list-serve and send timely alerts of SCCF and other applicable community events and activities.
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
