We are dedicated to providing services that foster learning about student transitions and success, life-enriching studies, and career and life planning for all Mary Baldwin students.
We believe that career choices and decisions influence the quality of life at college, in the home, at work, in the community, and in the larger world. And we view career development as a holistic, life-long process.
Our comprehensive program includes career-related assessment, occupational/vocational exploration, decision-making skills development, and job search and/or graduate school assistance.
A prospective student may elect to join the Career Academy as her Gateway to the college. Current students may also join the Career Development Four-Year Plan and participate in the four phase program of preparation for careers and graduate school. A variety of resources are available for all Mary Baldwin students.
