  Sabre > A Commitment to Vets, Military Families
The college will host a Veterans Day ceremony at its Roanoke regional center November 10 to honor veterans and highlight a greater mission at MBC: help service personnel-turned-students make the sometimes difficult adjustment to civilian life.

Global Rhythms combines music from around the world to inspire listeners to connect with the music and the power of world harmony. This concert will feature MBC Artist-in-Residence Srinivas Krishnan, Mary Baldwin student performers, and special guest artists. 6:30 p.m., Francis Auditorium in Pearce Science Center, 227 East Frederick St. Free and open to the public.
