Found in an Al Qaeda safe house in Manchester, U.K. in 2001, and available online at the U.S. Department of Justice website, 2001-2005, this document outlines many issues relating to recruitment and training in the terrorist organization. Reportedly under British pressure to remove this from the internet, it disappeared from the DOJ website in late 2005. This copy was downloaded from the Australian military's website in December 2005.
