As the parent of a Mary Baldwin student, you and your family are part of a powerful community. Mary Baldwin women like your daughter are making a difference on campus, in local communities, across the country, and all over the world.

The Parents Fund is an integral part of the Annual Fund. Parents of Mary Baldwin students are encouraged to make gifts that will enhance their daughter’s college experience. Many parents of alumnae also demonstrate their ongoing support of a Mary Baldwin College education by supporting the Parents Fund.

Parent participation is vital. It strengthens the college’s focus on academic excellence and enriches the community environment. Parent gifts provide a crucial source of income that helps keep Mary Baldwin strong.

Remember that as an historic private women’s college, Mary Baldwin relies upon the support of her alumnae/i, parents, and friends to continue to provide her students with the unique opportunities and exceptional education that have been the hallmarks of the MBC experience for 167 years.

At a difficult time when many colleges and universities are experiencing steep declines, Mary Baldwin celebrates record enrollment of new students and strong retention of current students. Clearly, MBC’s commitment to excellence and personal transformation remains strong, and the college continues to innovate with new programs for the freshmen class.
