Computers and WiFi

Word Processing and Other Applications: There are 8 computers on the main floor, 3 computers in the periodicals room, and 12 computers in Grafton 302 where MBC users may log on to use the Microsoft Office Suite software (this includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and FrontPage) as well as use research databases and access e-mail .

Grafton 302 Classroom and Lab: Grafton 302 is located on the Mezzanine level of the library.  The space is used primarily as a library instruction classroom.  Monday through Thursday from 6 p.m. to midnight, this room is an open lab where students can do research, write papers, access e-mail, etc.  Check the library schedule because the lab hours change during exam weeks and holidays.

WiFi: Grafton Library offers wireless access on all three floors. Patrons will need to login to the MBC network and install Cisco Clean Access on their computers.

Wireless laptops: Four wireless laptops are available for use within the library. The laptops circulate for 3 hours and are available on a first come, first serve basis. You will need your MBC ID to check out a computer; there will be no exceptions. Your ID will be held until the laptop is returned.
