About the Facilitator...
Dan Oyler, SPHR, has over twenty years experience
as a human resource manager and consultant working in and with
large and small corporations. He is Manager, Human Resources at
ITT Industries - Night Vision. Dan is a long-time facilitator of
HRM certificate programs for Mary Baldwin College, in conjunction
with the Roanoke Valley Chapter of the Society for Human Resource
Management. He is known for his ability to explain difficult concepts
in easy terms, and he has a mastery of the subject matter. He holds
a bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond and has completed
executive studies at the University of Virginia and the Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania.
