The Learning Skills Center is designed to enhance the academic skills of successful students as well as to provide developmental assistance using both group and individual formats.
Squirrels, are you having problems coping with schoolwork? Want to avoid the procrastination and stress that get in your way? If so, checkout "A Squirrels Guide To Studying" website. It helps you in time management, note taking, reading skills, test taking, stress management and all other recipes to succeed in your college life.
Students can schedule individual appointments with the director to discuss learning needs.
Trained tutors are available Sunday through Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. in Carpenter 209 for help in Math 130, 150, 155, 177, 211, and 212
If a course is not available on the Tutoring List, students can arrange for tutoring in a particular course by contacting the LSC.
Peer mentors can confidentially help you:
