To use the PC:

  1. Turn on the PC and log in.
  2. Using the Epson Projector Remote, turn on the projector and press Source Search until it shows the PC video.
  3. The speakers and amplifier are inside the cart.  There is a volume knob marked “PC Audio”  that controls the volume.

To use the DVD / VCR Player:

  1. Turn on the DVD/VCR Player and select either DVD or VCR using the button on the player
  2. Using the Epson Projector Remote, turn on the projector and press Source Search until it shows the desired video.
  3. The speakers and amplifier are inside the cart.  There is a volume knob marked DVD/VCR that controls the volume.

To use the Document Camera:

  1. The power supply for the Doc Cam can be plugged into the side of the projector cart.
  2. Plug the Doc Cam Video cable on the Projector Cart into the RGB Out plug on the Doc Cam
  3. Turn on the Doc Cam. The switch is white-on-white in the top right corner of the stage.
  4. Using the Epson Projector Remote, turn on the projector and press Source Search until it shows the Doc Cam video.  You may need to toggle the “Toggle for Laptop” button on the Doc Cam to change input from Laptop to Doc Cam.

To use a Laptop:

  1. Make sure the Doc Cam Video cable on the Projector Cart is plugged into the RGB Out plug on the Doc Cam. Turn on the Doc Cam.
  2. Plug the Laptop Video Cable that is attached to the Doc Cam into the VGA output jack on the Laptop.
  3. Turn on the Laptop
  4. Using the Epson Projector Remote, turn on the projector and press Source Search until it shows the Doc Cam video.  You may need to toggle the “Toggle for Laptop” button to change input from Doc Cam to Laptop.
  5. The speakers and amplifier are inside the cart.  There is a volume knob marked Laptop that controls the volume.
