Residence Life
As a residential college for women, Mary Baldwin is committed to providing students with a safe, comfortable, and inclusive home away from home that contributes positively to student success. Research has shown that students who live on campus are more likely to interact with professors outside class, attend cultural events, and participate in clubs and organizations. Making connections between learning and living is an essential part of the undergraduate experience that translates into lifelong passion.
At MBC there are many different housing options from which to choose, including dorms, apartments, and on- and off-campus houses. Whatever option a student chooses, her Resident Assistants and Assistant Community Coordinators, in partnership with the Professional Residential Life Staff are all committed to making her residential experience at MBC the best it can be.
