Who is invited to attend Reunion Weekend?
All alumnae/i and their guests are invited to attend every reunion. Individual
classes are invited back to celebrate their five-year reunions.
What are the fees?
All alumnae are required to pay a nominal registration
fee regardless of the events attended on campus during Reunion Weekend.
Other event fees may be included or omitted as listed in the brochure. Please
review the reunion weekend brochure for individual meal costs.
What does the Registration Fee cover?
The registration fee covers the operating
cost incurred by the college in planning and implementing Reunion Weekend
such printing, rental fees, service fees, and more. Thus, all alumnae are
required to pay a registration fee regardless of the events attended on campus.
If I need to cancel, what is the refund policy?
Due to commitment costs, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations
after the registration deadline. All refunds will be mailed after reunion
weekend.
Can we be housed in the residence halls?
Due to limited space as a result of the college being in session, Mary Baldwin
will not offer accommodations in the residence halls. We recommend you
explore one the many off-campus housing
options.
Do any of the local hotels have MBC rates?
Identify yourself as a Mary Baldwin alumna to ensure that the special rate
for one of the recommended off-campus housing
options.
Is my spouse, friend, and children invited?
Family members and friends are welcome to participate in most activities
and meals. Don't forget you must make reservations and pay for all guests.
Child care will not be available. Please bring a portable crib and anything
else your child might need.
Will there be parking and shuttle service
available during Reunion Weekend?
Parking will be available on campus. Please remember our hills are steep,
and there are many steps, so bring comfortable shoes. Shuttle vans will circle
campus. All vans and shuttle stops will appropriately marked. Download
