Making Arrangements
Alumnae/i and guests with special needs should contact the Alumnae/i and Parent
Relations Office Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, at 800-763-7359
or alumnae@mbc.edu. You may also
indicate any needs on the registration form. The college will do everything
we can to accommodate you and make your reunion experience as pleasant as
possible.
Dietary Needs
Many dietary choices are available for each meal served during Reunion Weekend. However,
if you or your guest(s) have special dietary needs, Mary Baldwin will make
every effort to accommodate your diet. Reunion attendees who have specific
food allergies are encouraged to bring their own small snack items with them.
Physical Access for Individuals with a Disability
Our campus can be a challenge to navigate, so we will make every effort to
help you get around. There are accessible parking spaces in front of
several buildings designated for those with appropriate license plates or
placards. A campus map indicating accessible parking spaces, entrances, and
routes will be included in your registration packet. Please note that
on-campus transportation will be available all weekend.
