Sexuality and Gender Studies
Students of Sexuality and Gender Studies examine how gender and sexuality impact the individual, our institutions, and our society. Core courses explore the dimensions of gender and sexuality from a psycho-sociocultural perspective. Sexual minority research and culture is examined. Insights contribute to literacy, empowerment and cultural understandings. Students have the opportunity to develop professionally through internships and research opportunities.
Students can pursue Sexuality and Gender Studies as a minor.
