New students in the fall of 2006 were the first to experience the comprehensive MBC Advantage. There is more information about the MBCA, part of the college's strategic plan called Composing Our Future, online. As part of the MBCA, all incoming freshmen use an electronic portfolio system www.eportfolio.org, through which they are able to capture and reflect upon their learning experiences while at MBC.
