Career Development Services

Career DevelopmentThe Rosemarie Sena Center is dedicated to providing services, in conjunction with Mary Baldwin College’s liberal arts education, that foster learning about student transitions and student success, life-enriching studies, and career and life planning for Mary Baldwin College students.

The Career Development Office of the Sena Center believes that career choices and decisions influence the quality of life at college, in the home, at work, in the community, and in the larger world. In addition, the Center views career development as a holistic, life-long process, encompassing Mind, Body, and Character.

The Sena Center’s comprehensive career development program includes career-related assessment, occupational/vocational exploration, decision-making skills development, and job search and/or graduate school assistance.
