Internshipsinternship guidelines for employers
At Mary Baldwin College, a student may earn up to 15 hours of internship credit.  Policies vary according to academic disciplines, but the standard requirement is that for each 50 hours worked, a student may receive one credit hour. As an employer hosting an intern, you are a teacher and a model for the student. You want the student to perform well in the internship.  In the Internship Guidelines for Employers there are several guidelines you can follow to insure that an intern will be successful working with you.
