Art history at MBC embraces unique qualities not found at larger universities; personal contact with professors, mentors at the undergraduate level, and a practice, study, and theory collaboration with the studio art department. Travel and internship opportunities abound with experts in the field. Art history students complete the major with a strong portfolio to take on to graduate school or into the work force.

Students can pursue a BA with a major in art history. Art history also is available as a minor.
