The business administration curriculum focuses on social responsibility and the triple bottom line, i.e. businesses that nurture the organization, the community, and the environment. Departmental priorities include preparing students for a satisfying and successful career, learning financial responsibility, studying ethical behavior, respect for diversity, environmental sustainability, and developing women leaders, among others.

Students can pursue a BA or a BS with a major in business administration. Business administration also is available as a minor.
