Study Abroad at MBC

May Term Fees

Application Process

Mary Baldwin College is committed to providing international experience as a vital part of a personally transforming liberal arts education. MBC encourages all students — regardless of their academic major or language ability — to travel, study, or volunteer overseas. College is the ideal time for students to gain the cross-cultural competence they need to become active, engaged citizens in our increasingly interdependent world.

Any student can apply to join the short-term study abroad courses organized and led by full-time Mary Baldwin faculty during May Term. Or, students can study or volunteer abroad for a summer, semester, or year, either at one of Mary Baldwin’s partner universities or through external (non-MBC) programs.
