I am a very slow runner, and am just getting started in CrossFit.
I'd like to improve my running capability. I also like to hike!
I am hoping to do at least one Tough Mudder race this year (between now and Jan 2015) and would love if someone would join me.
I would also love it if someone else wanted to join the new CrossFit gym downtown (look it up though, its intense). I would likely be going for morning sessions, but can adapt if a person willing to do Crossfit needs me to.
