I need someone to PUSH me. I get in 7 miles a week, 1 mile a day, but I need to be pushed to do 2 miles daily and increase. Im also interested in a zumba class, I'm scared to go by myself.

I am a very slow runner, and am just getting started in CrossFit.
I'd like to improve my running capability. I also like to hike!
I am hoping to do at least one Tough Mudder race this year (between now and Jan 2015) and would love if someone would join me.
I would also love it if someone else wanted to join the new CrossFit gym downtown (look it up though, its intense). I would likely be going for morning sessions, but can adapt if a person willing to do Crossfit needs me to.

I can not do 11-12 on Wed. And my fitness is more centered around dance and yoga, I also wouldn't mind if your up to dancing an already choreographed song
