How to Apply

To apply for campus employment through the Work-Study Program at Mary Baldwin College, please follow the guidelines listed below.

  1. Browse the Job Opportunities listing for available Work-Study positions.
  2. Select your top four choices of jobs based on your areas of interest and experience.
  3. Complete the MBC Work Study Application for Employment. If you have a resume, you may upload it to attach to you application.
  4. Please be aware that we will do our best to place you in one of your top four choices of jobs, but may not always be able to do so due to availability. If we cannot fulfill your request, we will use the information in your employment application to match you with a job that fits your experience.

Information for Returning Students:

  1. If your current supervisor has requested that you return to your position, you do not need to re-apply for that job.
  2. If you would like to change jobs or have not worked on campus previously, follow the guidelines above.
