Devon Chenette

* Meet Devon Chenette

During her senior year, Devon Chenette investigated the effect of miRNA-145 on p53 activation in estrogen receptor negative breast cancer cells, research that has potential future implications in molecular cancer therapies. Her experience at MBC helped prepare her for the research she's doing now at New York University's Sackler Institute of Biomedical Sciences, where she's earning her PhD.

“MBC is an amazing school for anyone with curiosity and a drive to learn,” she says. “I strongly recommend the college to students trying to gain an education and discover themselves along the way.”
