The connection between students and success is our top priority, and on-the-job experience makes it happen. Become a mentor for a student intern, advertise jobs with MBC to gain a valuable team member, or recruit on-campus.
Internships: A win-win at MBC
Every Mary Baldwin College student is encouraged to complete at least one internship before graduation. These programs are designed to offer unparalleled real-world experience to undergraduate learners while providing the local workforce with the power of MBC’s competent, compassionate changemakers. As an employer hosting an intern, you serve as a valuable mentor.

Advertise an Internship or Job
Employers can post jobs and internships on our Baldwin Job Board — a database of job and internship opportunities for Mary Baldwin students and alumni. We welcome you to post your opportunities to our campus for free. Click on the link and hit the “Post an Opportunity” button to enter your information.
Employers are invited to visit the campus, set up information tables, and interview students for jobs or internships. We will be happy to work with you to design a recruiting strategy that best fits your needs and your schedule.
