Application deadline for 2013-2014: January 15, 2014
Applicants are encouraged to apply early.
❑ College Transcripts: A bachelor’s degree is required prior to enrollment. Your official transcripts from your degree-granting institution(s) must be sent to Occupational Therapist Centralized Application Service (OTCAS). This transcript must include a registrar’s seal or signature and be sent directly from the institution. If you are still taking prerequisite courses during the application cycle, you may submit your unofficial transcript, and proof of enrollment. Please note, however, that you will not be able to enroll in our program until your official transcript has been received verifying completion of these courses, that you have received a “C” or better, and that you still meet the minimum GPA required.
❑ Application: Applications will be accepted online through OTCAS
❑ Application Fee: In addition to the OTCAS fee, you will also need to submit a non-refundable supplemental fee of $45.
❑ GRE: You will need to request that your most current Graduate Education Examinations (GRE) score be sent to us. GRE must have been taken within five years of application to our program. The Mary Baldwin College identification code is 5397.
